At Brandlady, every order is made especially for you. Please read below to understand how our shipping process works.

Made-to-Order Processing
All items are made on a pre-order basis and custom-tailored after your order is placed. Please allow time for your piece to be crafted before it ships.

Delivery Timelines
- India: delivery within 15 days
- GCC: delivery within 25 days

These timelines begin from the date your order is confirmed and are estimates only. Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances from courier partners or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available across India.
- For international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.
- If any shipping charges apply to your international order, we will contact you before your order is shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) so you can follow your delivery.

Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Brandlady is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
